We are looking for a friendly and reliable person to join Goju’s front-of-house team.

What you will do

⁠ ⁠Welcome guests and make them feel comfortable.

⁠ ⁠Explain the menu, ingredients, and recommendations clearly.

⁠ ⁠Take orders correctly and enter them in the POS system.

⁠ ⁠Handle billing, cash, UPI, and card payments accurately.

⁠ ⁠Do basic calculations like bills, discounts, and change.

⁠ ⁠Coordinate with the kitchen so orders are correct and on time.

⁠ ⁠Keep the front area clean and organised.

⁠ ⁠Politely handle customer questions or complaints, apologise if there is a mistake, and find a solution.

Who we are looking for

⁠ ⁠Valuable English communication; Hindi/Marathi is a plus.





⁠ ⁠Confident, polite, and comfortable talking to customers.

⁠ ⁠Basic maths and comfort with mobile/POS software.

⁠ ⁠Neat, punctual, and able to work during busy hours.

⁠ ⁠Restaurant, café, or retail experience is helpful but not required.

Working hours

Shift-based role, including weekends and busy meal hours.
