Job Summary

Outpace Consulting is hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused candidates for a Blended Customer Support process based in Gurugram.

This role involves handling customer queries through voice calls and chat support, providing accurate information, resolving customer concerns, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Freshers and experienced graduates with strong English communication skills are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries through voice calls and chat support.
- Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain professional and effective communication with customers.
- Resolve customer issues within the defined timelines.
- Follow company policies and process guidelines.
- Maintain accurate customer interaction records.
- Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.
- Escalate complex queries to the appropriate department.
- Ensure a smooth and positive customer experience.
