Role Description The Google Ads Specialist will manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns to drive qualified traffic and conversions across Lume & Co.’s B2B and D2C channels. This contract, remote role involves setting up and structuring campaigns, conducting keyword research, creating ad groups, writing ad copy, and managing budgets to meet performance goals.

The specialist will monitor campaign performance, analyze data, perform A/B testing on ads and landing pages, and implement ongoing optimizations to improve ROI.



The role also includes collaborating with marketing and e-commerce teams to align campaigns with brand positioning, seasonal launches, and promotional strategies, while ensuring accurate tracking and reporting through analytics tools.

Qualifications

- Strong Google Ads skills, including campaign setup, keyword research, bid management, and performance optimization.
- Experience with digital marketing and e-commerce, particularly in performance marketing, conversion tracking, and funnel optimization.
- Ability to analyze data using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and platform dashboards to generate actionable insights.
- Skill in writing clear, compelling ad copy and coordinating with design or content teams for effective creatives and landing pages.
- Familiarity with remarketing, audience segmentation, Shopping campaigns, and basic SEO principles is beneficial.
- Proven experience managing Google Ads for consumer brands; experience in luxury, lifestyle, or home fragrance sectors is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently in a remote, contract capacity.
- Relevant certification (e.g., Google Ads certification) and a track record of meeting performance targets are preferred.
