Job Title: General Manager HSE
Location: Central / Western Zone
Experience: 15–20+ years
Industry: Civil Construction / Infrastructure / EPC (Contractor background preferred; Developer + Contractor experience acceptable).
Qualification: Diploma / Bachelor's degree in relevant field. Advanced Diploma in Industrial Safety preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead HSE operations across 4–5 construction projects simultaneously.
- Implement HSE policies, safety procedures and ISO standards.
- Ensure site safety, audits, risk assessments and permit-to-work compliance.
- Manage statutory compliance, including BOCW and environmental regulations.
- Handle incident investigation, emergency response and safety training.
- Lead HSE Managers, Safety Officers and site safety teams.
- Monitor HSE performance and report to top management.
