Roles & Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end Mechanical Design, Manufacturing, Assembly and Quality Control operations, ensuring timely project execution and delivery.
- Manage and develop a large team of 75+ employees, driving productivity,



operational efficiency and departmental performance.
- Oversee mechanical design, 3D CAD, drawings, BOMs, fabrication, machining, assembly and quality processes, ensuring ISO 9001:2015 compliance.
- Handle customer technical discussions, project escalations, dispatch readiness, installation and commissioning support.
- Drive design standardisation, value engineering, cost optimisation, process improvement and reduction in rework to enhance overall operational efficiency.
