- B.E./B.Tech in Engineering; Mechanical/Production/Industrial/Electrical/Electronics preferred.
- 18+ years in Procurement/in direct Purchase/SCM
- Automotive, EV, battery, auto-component or manufacturing experience.
- Experience managing Direct and Indirect Procurement.
- Strong Planning, Stores, Inventory and Logistics experience.
- Solid supplier development, sourcing and negotiation experience.
- Experience managing significant procurement spend.
- SAP/ERP experience.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams.

1. Position Overview Lead the complete Indirect Purchase, Strategic Sourcing, Supplier Development, Materials Planning, Inventory Management, Warehousing, Logistics and Supply Chain operations.

Ensure the right material, quality, quantity,



cost and delivery while maintaining optimum inventory and working capital. Partner with Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Finance, Program Management, Sales, Stores, Logistics and senior management.

1. Indirect Procurement

- Lead Capex, machinery, tools/fixtures, MRO, IT/software, facilities, security, housekeeping, office supplies, services, logistics, infrastructure, utilities and consumables.
- Develop category strategies, preferred vendor panels and rate contracts.
- Lead RFQ/RFP, negotiations, vendor consolidation, savings and cost avoidance.
- Ensure procurement controls, approvals, budgets and vendor performance.
