Designation: AVP - Global Transition Lead

- Lead end-to-end transition of business processes across client engagements, ensuring seamless implementation and adherence to agreed timelines and deliverables.
- Drive transition planning, execution, and implementation while ensuring operational readiness and continuity of service delivery.
- Assess existing business processes and recommend process re-engineering, optimization, and outsourcing/offshoring opportunities.
- Develop transition strategies and customized solutions aligned with client requirements and business objectives.
- Support new business opportunities through RFP participation, solution design, transition planning, and client presentations.
- Manage client engagements and ensure consistent service delivery throughout the transition lifecycle.

Desired Profile

- Proven experience in managing end-to-end transitions, including planning,



implementation, and seamless process migration.
- Hands-on experience in solution design, RFP support, process assessment, re-engineering, and outsourcing/offshoring feasibility.
- Robust project management skills with the ability to manage timelines, risks, dependencies, and cross-functional teams.
- Experience in client engagement, stakeholder management, and presenting transition solutions to senior management.
- Ability to drive process optimization, build transition capabilities, and implement best practices.
