Designation: Vice President - Financial Crime Transformation

- Lead cross-regional financial crime transformation initiatives covering AML, transaction monitoring, sanctions screening, and related compliance processes.
- Act as the primary point of contact for regional stakeholders, coordinating activities across multiple workstreams and ensuring alignment on programme objectives.
- Drive the design and implementation of centralized operating models, standardized processes, and integrated technology solutions.
- Organize global working groups, stakeholder meetings, and steering committees, providing regular progress updates and highlighting key risks, issues, dependencies, and decisions.
- Manage programme risks, conflicting stakeholder priorities, implementation challenges, and cross-regional escalations to ensure effective decision-making and delivery.

Desired Profile

- Relevant experience in project management within financial services,



preferably in wholesale banking, investment banking, or asset management.
- Previous experience managing Financial Crime or Compliance transformation projects, ideally involving AML, transaction monitoring, or sanctions screening.
- Solid expertise in cross-regional project delivery, stakeholder management, vendor coordination, and operating model transformation.
- Experience in project governance, risk and issue management, executive reporting, and steering committee coordination.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, project management tools, Confluence, and Visio.
