Job Summary The Global FP&A; (Financial Planning & Analysis) Business Partner supports the global performance management community by delivering high-quality, insightful analyses to identify areas for business performance and value creation, focusing on cost performance areas, both with actuals and forward-looking analyses.

Based in our India Advanced Reporting Center, you will provide the “engine room” supporting our global performance management set-up. You will support the global FP&A; activities (cost & SHAPE) with recurring reporting activities, ad hoc projects and digital finance responsibilities.

Your purpose is to provide reporting support and accurate insights, and to translate the high-level digital finance strategy into an AI-powered finance team—for example, by working on master data, reporting structure set-up, and related activities in line with the digital finance vision and roadmap.

The results will be shared with senior management and should be crisp, supporting fact-based decision-making.

Candidate Profile

5+ years’ experience in pricing analysis, commercial finance, business analytics, or FP&A.;

Strong digital finance acumen, with a proven track record in Gen AI (in particular Copilot) and predictive forecasting (machine learning/neural networks in particular).

Strong analytical, reporting,



and financial modelling capabilities.

Ability to translate statistical and abstract problems into concrete action plans and results.

Clear thinking and ability to communicate and convey complex topics to senior stakeholders, with outstanding storytelling and presentation skills.

Robust business acumen.

Ability to translate complex data into clear business insights for Finance BPs and senior stakeholders.

Proactive mindset, structured approach, high attention to detail, and ability to challenge constructively.

Excellent teamwork, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

High proficiency in Excel and Power BI; experience with SAP is an asset.

Fluency in English; additional languages are an asset.

Comfort working in a remote, multicultural, cross-functional environment.
