About the Role

We are looking for a technically strong SEO professional with hands-on experience in Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO).

The ideal candidate should understand how AI-powered search engines and Large Language Models (LLMs) discover, interpret, retrieve and surface information.

This role involves building AI-first content optimization strategies and improving brand visibility across AI-powered search platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) strategies.
- Optimize content visibility across ChatGPT, Google Gemini and other AI-powered search platforms.
- Work on Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) and conversational search optimization.
- Optimize structured and unstructured data for LLM ingestion.
- Work with semantic search, embeddings, metadata tagging and RAG pipelines.
- Implement prompt optimization and retrieval structuring strategies.
- Improve content relevance, entity recognition and search discoverability.




- Monitor AI search performance and continuously improve ranking signals.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams on AI-first content strategies.

Mandatory Requirements
1. 4+ years of overall professional experience.
2. Strong qualified experience in SEO, including technical SEO.
3. Minimum 1 year of hands-on GEO/AEO or AI-driven search optimization experience.
4. Understanding of LLM platforms such as ChatGPT and Google Gemini.
5. Strong knowledge of semantic search, entity optimization, search intent and content relevance.
6. B.E. / B.Tech or equivalent engineering qualification.
7. Experience in digital-first companies, consumer technology, fintech, SaaS or digital marketing agencies.
8. Age below 28 years.

Important Information
- Candidates must have practical GEO/AEO implementation experience.
- Traditional SEO-only profiles will not be considered.
- Candidates should be comfortable working from the Pune office.
- Alternate Saturday working is applicable.
