Role Overview

We are looking for experienced General Surgery / SDS Coders & QCA Professionals to join our growing team. The selected candidate will be responsible for accurate coding and auditing of patient charts and diagnosis reports while ensuring quality and productivity targets are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities

Coding or auditing patient charts based on project requirements

Updating and clearing production/pending reports

Working closely with Team Leaders and internal stakeholders

Reviewing emails regularly for project updates and instructions

Identifying issues and escalating them to the immediate supervisor





Maintaining productivity and quality standards

Preparing and maintaining reports

Following client updates and coding guidelines during production

Adhering strictly to company policies and procedures

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong knowledge of Medical Coding concepts

1 to 6 years of Medical Coding experience (General Surgery / SDS)

Ability to understand client requirements and project specifications

Good analytical and auditing skills

Capability to meet daily and monthly productivity targets

Solid communication and teamwork skills
