About Iona Metals

Iona Metals specializes in stainless steel products, aluminium works, glass railings, staircases, handrails, and facade glass works for residential and commercial projects. Our company has its own fabrication workshop and a dedicated team for installation and execution at project sites.

We are looking for an experienced, organized, and proactive General Manager to oversee daily business operations, coordinate departments, manage employees, and ensure smooth workflow across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee daily business operations and ensure smooth functioning of the company.
- Manage and coordinate employees across departments, including sales, marketing, administration, workshop, and project execution.
- Monitor employee attendance, work performance, discipline, and productivity.
- Establish work schedules, assign responsibilities, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Coordinate with the sales team to monitor leads, customer enquiries, quotations, and sales performance.
- Follow up on ongoing projects and coordinate with workshop and installation teams.
- Monitor project progress, deadlines, and operational efficiency.
- Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and escalations professionally.
- Maintain business records,



operational reports, and employee documentation.
- Coordinate with management on business planning, budgeting, and performance reviews.
- Identify operational issues and implement effective solutions.
- Ensure company policies, workplace discipline, and safety procedures are followed.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee performance management.

Requirements
- 3–4 years of experience in management, business operations, administration, or a related role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Experience managing employees and coordinating multiple departments.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, Word, and email.
- Ability to prepare reports, monitor performance, and manage daily operations.
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Professional attitude, accountability, and attention to detail.
- Experience in construction, manufacturing, fabrication, or building materials will be an advantage.

Salary & Benefits
