Roles & Responsibilities

- Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of multiple MEP projects.

- Monitor project schedules, milestones, budgets, quality, and safety standards.

- Manage MEP contracts, contractual obligations, variations, valuations, and claims.

- Oversee procurement, subcontractor performance, and resource allocation.

- Monitor project costs, cost-to-complete forecasts, and commercial performance.

- Coordinate with Project Management, QS, Procurement, and Engineering teams.

- Manage relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors.

- Identify project risks and ensure timely resolution of contractual and execution-related issues.

Experience & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

- Experience in MEP Contracts, Commercial Management, or Project Management within real estate or construction.

- Solid understanding of MEP contracts, procurement, cost management, and project execution.

- Experience handling large-scale residential, commercial, or mixed-use developments.

- Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
