Role Description This is a full time, on-site General Manager role based in Chandigarh, India.

The General

Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, including planning, directing, and coordinating logistics activities to ensure timely and cost-effective service delivery.

Responsibilities include managing teams, setting performance goals, monitoring operational KPIs, and implementing process improvements. The role involves collaborating with clients and internal stakeholders, managing budgets, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations, and addressing operational issues proactively.

The General

Manager will also support strategic planning, business development initiatives,



and drive a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

- Strong leadership and people management skills, including team supervision, performance management, and mentoring.
- Operational and logistics management skills, with experience in supply chain coordination, process optimization, and resource planning.
- Financial acumen, including budgeting, cost control, and basic understanding of P&L; management.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and with customers.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Relevant experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain management, preferably in a managerial capacity.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; advanced degree or professional certification is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Chandigarh, India, and adapt to a fast-paced operational environment.
