We are looking for a motivated, patient-friendly and responsible General Dentist to join our dental clinic in Pallikaranai, Chennai. The ideal candidate should have good clinical skills, excellent communication abilities and a compassionate approach to patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Examine patients, diagnose dental conditions and recommend appropriate treatment plans.
- Perform general dental procedures within the candidate’s clinical competence.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventive dental care and treatment options.
- Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation.
- Follow proper sterilisation, infection-control and clinical safety protocols.
- Ensure a comfortable and positive experience for patients.
- Support the smooth day-to-day functioning of the dental clinic.
Eligibility Criteria
- BDS qualification from a recognised dental institution.
- Valid registration with the appropriate State Dental Council.
- Positive clinical knowledge and patient-management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Freshers and experienced candidates may apply.
Compensation
- Salary negotiable based on experience.
- Additional incentives based on performance.
