Level-Senior Associate & Manager THE ROLE

PwC's AI Product Practice builds and productizes AI products, platforms and reusable capabilities for enterprise clients. As a Senior Associate, you will work hands-on with product, engineering, design and client teams to take product capabilities from discovery through delivery and adoption. You will also support GenAI POCs and help convert reusable components into capabilities within the product portfolio.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Conduct user and client discovery. Structure problem statements, map journeys and translate insights into product requirements and measurable success criteria.

Create PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria and process flows. Maintain the backlog and support prioritization,

sprint planning and scope decisions.

Work with engineers, designers and architects to take features from definition through build, UAT, release and iteration.

Track adoption, usage, task success, quality, reliability and AI consumption. Use data and user feedback to identify issues and recommend product improvements.

Support the design of AI agents, RAG workflows and human-in-the-loop experiences, including evaluations,





guardrails, failure handling and observability.

Translate client problems into GenAI POCs and demos. Define user flows, value hypotheses and success criteria,

and identify components that can be reused across products or clients.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

410 years of experience(2 to 7 Years of relevant experience) in product management, business analysis or related roles, working on technology products, including retail, e-commerce, B2B or enterprise products.

Hands-on experience with product discovery, requirements, PRDs or user stories, backlog management, UAT,

product delivery and iteration.

Hands-on experience building or supporting AI or GenAI products, prototypes or POCs. Working knowledge of

LLMs, RAG, agentic workflows, APIs and data flows is expected.

Ability to work across business, design and engineering teams and communicate clearly through product documentation, demos and presentations.

Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills, with the ability to convert ambiguous problems into explicit product requirements and actions.

Willingness to learn quickly and build depth across evolving AI technologies, product practices and enterprise use cases.

Preferred: exposure to AI evaluation, observability, Responsible AI, cloud AI platforms
