Spectral Consultants is hiring | Fund Accounting – Private Equity & Real Estate | Senior Analyst For Investron , one of the leading global accounting and advisory firms.

Location: Bangalore

Experience: 4+ to 6 years

We are considering candidates across the following experience levels:

- Senior: 4+ years

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee Private Equity and Real Estate fund accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Review NAV calculations, fund valuations, financial statements and investor reporting.
- Ensure accurate accounting of fund transactions, income, expenses and investor allocations.
- Review audit schedules and financial reporting in accordance with US GAAP.
- Manage client relationships, resolve escalations and maintain service quality.
- Lead,



mentor and develop team members while ensuring productivity and accuracy.
- Drive process improvements, automation and operational efficiency.

What We’re Looking For:

- 4 to 8+ years of relevant experience in Fund Accounting – Private Equity and/or Real Estate .
- Strong understanding of PE and Real Estate fund structures, NAV calculations and investor reporting.
- Experience in team management, client servicing and review of deliverables.
- Good understanding of US GAAP and fund accounting systems.
- Robust analytical, financial reporting and MS Excel skills.
