Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.

- Skilled certifications such as CPA, CA, or MBA (Finance) are an advantage.

- Relevant Investment Management qualifications or certifications (e.g., CISI, FINRA) would be desirable.Role & responsibilities

Knowledge, Skills, Experience & Educational Qualifications

- Strong technical expertise in private equity fund accounting, NAV oversight, and financial reporting, with

knowledge of regulations across key jurisdictions, particularly the US.

- Solid understanding of private markets structures and asset classes (e.g., LP/GP, ICAV, private debt, real

estate, and alternative credit) and associated valuation methodologies.

- Experience working within an outsourced operating model, with a proven ability to operate independently,

exercise sound judgment, and maintain accountability in a governance-driven environment.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess NAV errors, identify control issues,

and drive timely resolution.

- Effective stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence client

stakeholders, auditors, and internal teams.
