- Consultant: 2+ years

We are looking for professionals with hands-on experience in:

- End-to-end Private Equity Fund Accounting or Private Credit Funds
- Capital Calls and Distributions
- Management Fee calculations and expense allocations
- Waterfall calculations and Equalization
- GAV/NAV preparation and review
- GP/LP reporting and investor reporting
- Fund performance metrics (IRR, TWRR, ROC)
- Quarter-end fund reporting activities
- Financial Statement preparation and review




- Fund Controllership activities
- Lux GAAP and/or US GAAP (preferred)
- Stakeholder management and fund onboarding support
