We are seeking a highly motivated, results-driven, and detail-oriented Freight Broker to join our growing logistics team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing your own book of business by identifying, prospecting, and securing recent shipper accounts while building long-term relationships with carriers and customers. The ideal candidate will have strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-management skills, along with a solid understanding of the transportation and logistics industry.

As a Freight Broker, you will oversee the entire freight cycle, from generating new business opportunities and onboarding customers to sourcing reliable carriers, negotiating rates, coordinating shipments, and ensuring successful delivery.



You will act as the primary point of contact for both shippers and carriers, providing exceptional customer service while maximizing revenue and profitability.

The successful candidate will be expected to establish and grow a personal customer base through outbound sales efforts, lead generation, networking, referrals, and industry outreach. Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
