Roles and Responsibilities :

- Freelance Recruiter (Commission-Based) - Work from Home or based in Warangal

- We are a dynamic recruitment consultancy specializing in non-IT and general staffing roles, offering growth opportunities for early contributors.

- Identify and source potential candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and professional networks.

- Conduct initial screenings via phone calls to assess candidate suitability for open positions.

- Coordinate with clients to schedule interviews and manage the entire hiring process until the candidate starts work.

- Earnings are commission-based, with no fixed salary, and payments are made after 100 days from the candidate's start date once they complete the probation period.

- Receive comprehensive training on recruitment processes and software tools.

- Benefit from support from a dedicated coordinating manager.
