Role: Freelance CEFR Communication Assessor

JD:

We are looking for an experienced CEFR Communication Assessor on a freelance basis to evaluate candidates communication and English-language proficiency based on recorded Bot Interview videos.

Key Responsibilities

- Review candidates recorded Bot Interview videos.
- Assess spoken English, grammar, fluency, pronunciation, vocabulary, sentence formation, comprehension, and overall communication skills.
- Evaluate and rate candidates in accordance with the CEFR (Common European Framework of Reference for Languages).
- Provide clear and consistent assessment feedback/scores for each candidate.
- Identify whether candidates meet the required communication proficiency standards.

Required Skills & Experience

- Robust knowledge and practical understanding of CEFR assessment standards.
- Must possess C1 or C2 level English proficiency as per CEFR.
- Prior experience in English-language assessment, communication evaluation, language training, or candidate assessment is preferred.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English.
- Ability to evaluate recorded interviews objectively and consistently.
