Role Description The Fractional CEO (Equity only) will provide strategic leadership and oversight to guide Locus Learn’s growth and operational effectiveness. This part-time, hybrid role is based in Noida, with flexibility for some remote work from home.

Day-to-day responsibilities include shaping and refining the business model, setting and tracking strategic goals, and aligning training offerings with global market needs.



The Fractional CEO will collaborate with functional leads on finance, operations, marketing, and sales, ensuring efficient processes and sustainable revenue growth. The role also involves building partnerships, representing the organization with key stakeholders, and mentoring the leadership team to strengthen governance and performance.

Qualifications

- Robust Finance skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance oversight.
- Operations Management and process optimization skills to improve efficiency and scalability.
- Business Planning and Strategic Planning capabilities to define and execute growth roadmaps.
- Sales and business development skills to expand markets, partnerships, and revenue channels.
- Proven executive leadership experience, ideally in education, training, or professional services.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setup in Noida, coordinating both onsite and remote teams.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.
- Experience with equity-based or fractional leadership engagements is an advantage.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree; an advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is preferred but not mandatory.
