Roles & Responsibilities

- Assist in preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts.

- Perform Budget vs Actual and variance analysis.

- Prepare monthly MIS and management reports.

- Analyze P&L;, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, and EBITDA.

- Monitor revenue, expenses, margins, and profitability.

- Support monthly financial closing and reporting.

- Prepare financial models and business performance dashboards.

- Identify cost-saving opportunities and financial risks.

- Coordinate with business teams for budget and forecast inputs.

Skills

- Advanced MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP).

- Solid knowledge of accounting and financial statements.

- Understanding of budgeting and forecasting.

- Good analytical and presentation skills.

- Knowledge of Power BI / SAP / Oracle is an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate

- CA / CA Inter qualified.

- 1–2 years of experience in FP&A;, Financial Reporting, MIS, or Financial Analysis.

- Strong understanding of financial planning and business finance.
