FP&A; (Financial Planning & Analysis) – Roles & Responsibilities
1. Lead the annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes to support business objectives.
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports, including P&L;, cash flow, and variance analysis against budget and forecasts.
- Monitor key financial and operational KPIs, providing actionable insights to improve business performance and profitability.
- Develop financial models, scenario analysis, and business cases to support strategic decisions and investment planning.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to drive cost optimization, revenue growth, and financial discipline across the organization.
- Present financial performance, trends, risks, and recommendations to senior management through dashboards and management reports.
