Roles and Responsibilities
- • Physical Customer Visits: Traveling to customer locations (homes or offices) to meet borrowers who have defaulted on their due dates.
- • Payment Recovery: Encouraging and collecting outstanding dues on the spot via digital payment links, cheques, or cash
Desired Candidate Profile
- 0-1 year of experience in BFSI industry, preferably in trading or investment domain.
- Minimum HSC pass required
- Age should be -21-33
- Robust knowledge of financial markets, instruments, and regulations; ability to learn quickly about our offerings.
