Key Responsibilities

1. Assist in formulation development of tablets, capsules, syrups, and suspensions.

2. Conduct formulation trials and optimization activities.

3. Perform pre-formulation studies and API-excipient compatibility studies.

4. Execute laboratory-scale batches and support pilot-scale trials.

5. Monitor and evaluate in-process parameters during formulation development.

6. Conduct stability studies and maintain stability records.

7. Prepare development reports, protocols, and technical documentation.

8. Coordinate with QA, QC, and Production for formulation-related activities.

9. Support scale-up, exhibit batches, and technology transfer activities.

10. Follow GMP, SOPs, and laboratory safety requirements.
