Roles and Responsibility

- Operate and maintain forging equipment, including presses and dies, to ensure efficient production.
- Implement heat treatment processes, such as annealing, normalizing, and quenching, to achieve desired microstructural properties.
- Collaborate with the quality control team to ensure products meet specifications and standards.
- Troubleshoot issues with forging and heat treatment operations, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.




- Develop and implement process improvements to increase productivity and efficiency.
- Maintain a safe and clean working setting, adhering to company policies and procedures.

Job Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Metallurgy or Mechanical Engineering.
- Proven experience in forging and heat treatment processes, with a minimum of 2 years in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of metallurgical principles and practices, including material science and engineering.
