Job Overview

Nakoda Group of Industries Limited is looking for an experienced and dedicated Food Technologist – Quality Control (QC) to join our team in Nagpur. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of relevant experience in the food manufacturing or processing industry, specifically in Quality Control and Food Technology.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor and maintain quality standards throughout the food production process.
- Conduct quality testing of raw materials, in-process products and finished goods.
- Perform laboratory tests such as pH, acidity, Brix, moisture and other relevant quality parameters.
- Ensure compliance with FSSAI standards, GMP, HACCP and food safety regulations.
- Maintain QC records, inspection reports and laboratory documentation.
- Monitor production hygiene, sanitation and food safety practices.
- Identify quality issues and coordinate with production teams for corrective actions.
- Conduct shelf-life testing and product quality evaluation.
- Ensure consistency in product quality and adherence to company standards.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Food Technology,



Food Science, Dairy Technology or a relevant discipline.
- Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in Quality Control within the Food Industry.
- Solid knowledge of food testing procedures and quality assurance standards.
- Practical experience in food manufacturing and processing operations.
- Knowledge of FSSAI, GMP, HACCP and food safety guidelines.
- Good documentation, analytical and problem-solving skills.

Candidate Preference
- Only Nagpur-based local candidates are preferred.
- Candidates must have relevant experience specifically in Food Industry QC.
- Candidates from unrelated industries or general laboratory backgrounds will not be preferred.
