Role Purpose The Sustainability Executive will support the deployment and execution of Sodexo's environmental and sustainability initiatives across assigned sites, with a key focus on the WasteWatch program. The role requires close coordination with site teams, regular site visits, data analysis, reporting, and driving sustainability best practices to improve operational and environmental performance.

This role will involve travelling across the regions and remote areas

WasteWatch Deployment & Monitoring

- Support the implementation and effective deployment of the WasteWatch program across assigned sites.
- Ensure adherence to WasteWatch processes, standards, and reporting requirements.




- Conduct regular site visits to monitor implementation and identify improvement opportunities.
- Engage with site teams to ensure accurate data capture and timely completion of WasteWatch activities.

Sustainability Initiatives
- Support the implementation of other sustainability programs related to waste management, resource efficiency, and environmental stewardship.
- Assist in developing awareness campaigns and employee engagement activities on sustainability.
- Contribute to continuous improvement projects aimed at enhancing environmental performance at sites.
