We are looking for a highly presentable, charming, confident, and customer-oriented Food & Beverage Hostess to join our restaurant team.

The ideal candidate should have an elegant personality, excellent communication skills, a warm smile, and the ability to create a wonderful dining experience for every guest.

This role goes beyond serving food and beverages. The candidate will actively interact with customers, engage with them during their dining experience, collect feedback about the food and restaurant ambience, and help build a positive relationship between guests and the restaurant.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and greet guests warmly with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Take food and beverage orders and ensure timely and accurate service.
- Maintain excellent personal grooming, hygiene, and professional presentation.
- Interact confidently and courteously with guests throughout their dining experience.
- Personally engage with customers to understand their experience and satisfaction with the food, service, and ambience.




- Politely encourage guests to share their genuine feedback and reviews.
- Build a positive connection with customers to encourage repeat visits.
- Recommend signature dishes, beverages, and special menu items.
- Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle guest queries, suggestions, and complaints professionally.
- Help create a welcoming, lively, and premium restaurant atmosphere.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
