F&B; Executive – Banquets & Restaurant Operations

About Us:

Golden Tulip, Sector 29, Gurgaon is an upscale business and leisure hotel delivering international hospitality and exceptional dining experiences. We are seeking a energetic F&B; Executive to lead our busy restaurant outlets and large-scale banquet operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Banquet & Event Operations: Supervise end-to-end setup, execution, and breakdown of corporate events, conferences, and social functions according to Banquet Event Orders (BEOs).
- Restaurant Management: Oversee daily floor operations, guest service, staff scheduling, and pre-shift briefings across outlets.
- Guest Relations: Interact proactively with diners and event organizers, resolving inquiries and service feedback swiftly.
- Inventory & Compliance:



Monitor operating equipment, minimize wastage, and maintain strict adherence to FSSAI food safety and hygiene protocols.

Key Requirements:

- Minimum 3 to 5 years of F&B; experience in upscale business hotels, with a strong background in banqueting.
- Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management or Hospitality.
- Strong leadership, communication, multitasking skills, and flexibility to work in rotating shifts.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
