- Oversee daily floor operations and ensure smooth restaurant and guest service.
- Manage, supervise and coordinate the service team, including captains, stewards and runners.
- Ensure excellent guest experiences by handling feedback, requests and complaints professionally.
- Monitor staff grooming, discipline, attendance and service standards.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely and efficient service.
- Manage table allocation, reservations and floor arrangements.
- Ensure compliance with operational SOPs, hygiene standards and company policies.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
