Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and well-organized Floor Manager to oversee the daily operations of a cosmetic clinic. The candidate will be responsible for managing front-office and clinical floor activities, coordinating staff, ensuring excellent patient service, monitoring appointments, and maintaining smooth clinic operations.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor's degree in Hospital Administration, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in clinic or hospital operations.
- Experience in a cosmetic clinic, aesthetic clinic,



or dermatology centre is highly preferred.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of cosmetic treatments and aesthetic procedures.
- Strong patient-handling and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of clinic management software, billing, and reporting.
- Positive sales coordination and target management skills.
