Key Responsibilities

1. Manage daily floor operations and ensure smooth functioning of the shopping mall.

2. Monitor housekeeping, cleanliness, hygiene and maintenance activities.

3. Coordinate with retailers and resolve operational issues.

4. Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution within the defined TAT.

5. Coordinate with maintenance, security and housekeeping teams.

6. Manage events, crowd control and other floor-related activities.

7. Conduct regular floor inspections and ensure compliance with mall policies.

8. Monitor safety standards and report incidents promptly.

9. Maintain daily operational reports, documentation and shift handover records.

10. Conduct retailer audits and ensure compliance with operational guidelines.

11. Ensure high standards of customer service and overall visitor satisfaction.
