About the Role

FlyHigh FlySafe is looking for a detail-oriented Ticketing Executive in Rourkela and Bangaluru with 1–2 years of relevant experience. This full-time, office-based role involves managing domestic and international flight reservations, supporting customers with travel changes, and coordinating with airlines and travel partners. Immediate joiners are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle domestic and international flight bookings, ticket issuance, cancellations, and rescheduling.
- Use TripJack, MMT (MakeMyTrip), TBO and the IndiGo booking portal to search flights, compare fares, and manage reservations.
- Check flight availability, fare conditions, baggage allowances, cancellation charges, and rescheduling rules before confirming bookings.
- Verify passenger names, travel dates, routes, contact details, and other booking information to ensure accuracy.
- Respond to customer queries about fares, itineraries, booking status, refunds, and flight changes in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate with airlines and travel partners to resolve booking issues, schedule changes, and service requests.
- Process cancellation and refund requests according to airline and booking-platform policies, and track pending cases.
- Share tickets and itinerary details with customers and maintain accurate booking, payment, and follow-up records.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in airline ticketing, flight reservations, or travel agency operations.




- Hands-on familiarity with TripJack, MMT (MakeMyTrip), TBO and IndiGo portals.
- Working knowledge of domestic and international ticketing processes, PNR management, fare rules, cancellations, and rebooking.
- Strong attention to detail when checking passenger information, fares, and travel schedules.
- Clear verbal and written communication skills, with a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to manage multiple booking requests, prioritize urgent changes, and coordinate effectively with external partners.
- Basic proficiency in email, spreadsheets, and digital record keeping.
- Graduate in any discipline or diploma in Travel and Tourism; relevant ticketing experience is essential.

What We Offer
- Indicative annual salary: ₹1,80,000–₹3,00,000, subject to experience, platform proficiency, and final employer confirmation.
