Job Purpose To ensure the safety and security of company premises, employees, machinery, and assets by implementing effective fire safety measures, emergency response procedures, and workplace safety practices.

Key Responsibilities

1. Ensure the proper installation, maintenance, and functioning of fire extinguishers, fire alarms, hydrants, and other fire safety equipment.
2. Conduct regular inspections of factory premises, offices, electrical systems, machinery, and storage areas to identify potential hazards.
3. Develop and implement emergency response plans for fire incidents, accidents, and other workplace emergencies.
4. Organise regular fire drills and train employees on fire prevention, evacuation procedures, and emergency response.
5. Ensure employees follow safety rules and maintain discipline across the factory premises.
6. Identify potential safety risks and take preventive measures to avoid accidents and workplace hazards.
7. Maintain records of accidents, fire incidents, safety inspections, and corrective actions.

Coordinate with security personnel to ensure proper monitoring and protection of company premises.
9. Ensure compliance with applicable fire safety regulations and industrial safety standards.
10. Monitor the availability and condition of personal protective equipment (PPE) and other safety resources.

Candidate Requirements · Age between 35 and 45 years.

· Strong background in Fire & Safety, Industrial Safety, or Security Management.

· Ex-Army Officers will be given preference.

· Solid leadership, discipline, and team management skills.

· Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and effectively.

· Good communication and coordination skills.

· Knowledge of fire safety equipment, emergency procedures, and safety regulations.

· Candidates with experience in factory or manufacturing environments will be preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

· Diploma or certification in Fire & Safety or Industrial Safety.

· Relevant training in fire prevention, emergency management, and disaster response.

· Experience in handling security teams, safety teams, or industrial operations.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
