We are looking for an experienced Financial Expert to support an Industrial Authority/Government project involving financial feasibility, project appraisal, infrastructure financing, policy/regulatory matters and financial modelling.

Qualification & Experience

- Postgraduate/PGDM/MBA in Financial Management, Economics, Finance or related discipline.
- Minimum 10 years of skilled experience.
- Experience in drafting/implementation of State/Central Government policies, rules and regulatory matters.
- Strong experience in project appraisal, project costing and financial feasibility.
- Hands-on experience in developing financial models for Government Authorities/Departments/Organizations.
- Experience in pre-feasibility studies for infrastructure projects, including project structuring and identification of revenue streams.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with large and diverse datasets.




- Must have worked on at least 5 relevant projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Assess and help maintain financial feasibility of Industrial Authority operations.
- Develop detailed financial and revenue models for the Authority.
- Prepare financial feasibility reports and support grant-related requirements.
- Coordinate with financial institutions and Government agencies for funding requirements.
- Develop financial models for product/pricing decisions based on market demand.
- Evaluate sector-specific financial incentives for investments.
- Assess financial feasibility of land allocation and industrial/infrastructure projects.
- Develop SOPs for monitoring insolvency cases and establish financial guidelines.
