Role & responsibilities

Candidate should have positive conceptual understanding of Accounting, Financial statements and reporting activities.

- To work as a partner of the onshore FP&A; team to meet finance business objectives
- Exposure Hyperion ESSBASE/ SmartView, Powerpivot, Powerquery, SAP, EDW, Access and other tools like Coupa.
- Understanding & review of elements like weekly dashboards, Backlogs, Revenue, Inventory, flash reports etc. with respective onshore FP&A; BU owner
- Generating periodic reports, Adhoc reports as per business requirements. Analyzing variances & provide required explanation
- Period Close activities including accruals, running monthly/quarterly allocation process, SOX compliance
- Analysis, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis
- Mentoring & providing training to new team members




- Preparation & presentation of Dashboard for critical business review meetings with stakeholders
- Streamlining current manual analytics for efficiency, creation of standard reports, developing new views & analytics for critical business needs
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing error free reports, submitting on timely manner and communicated effectively.
- Exposure in Budgeting, Forecasting, Variance Analysis, Financial planning and Financial analysis are preferred.
- Continuous improvement in productivity to drive the efficiencies in the team

Preferred candidate profile Commerce Graduate or equivalent required with a concentration in Accounting/ Financial Planning and Analysis

- 5+ years accounting experience in FP&A;, reporting, dashboards
