Qualification & Experience: A qualified Chartered Accountant (C.A.) with 15+ years of experience

Role Purpose & Responsibilities:

The Finance Controller (Head of Finance & Accounts) will be responsible for leading the organization's financial controllership function, overseeing finance operations, global financial consolidation, financial reporting, and compliance. The role will ensure robust financial governance, accurate and timely reporting under Ind AS/IFRS, effective financial planning and analysis,



and continuous improvement of finance processes through technology-led transformation.

- Listed Company Experience: Proven controllership experience in an India-headquartered, listed organization from the Tech Services & Consulting sector.
- Global Financial Consolidation: Hands-on experience managing financial consolidation across at least 5-6 international entities spanning multiple geographies.
- Strong Finance & Accounts Expertise: In-depth experience in financial reporting, statutory audits, taxation, budgeting, compliance, and financial controllership.
- Strategic & Transformation Mindset: Strong business acumen, a forward-looking approach, and an appreciation for technology-driven finance processes and digital transformation.
