Role Purpose To lead the FP&A; function and provide accurate, timely and actionable financial insights to the CFO, MD and senior management.
The role will own budgeting, forecasting, MIS, variance analysis, profitability, costing, working capital, capex evaluation and management dashboards, while acting as a finance business partner to the organisation.
The key objective is to convert financial and operational data into explicit business insights, risks, opportunities and management actions.
Required Experience
- 8+ years of relevant experience in FP&A;, Business Finance, Corporate Finance or Management Reporting.
- Experience in a 500 Crore+ organisation preferred.
- Manufacturing/export-oriented experience preferred.
