Job Overview

QMet International Private Limited is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead and oversee the company's financial operations, accounting, financial planning, statutory compliance and internal controls. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial accuracy, ensuring regulatory compliance, managing financial risks and supporting management in strategic business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Management & Reporting

- Oversee accounting operations, financial records and reporting.
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.
- Monitor cash flow, working capital and overall financial performance.

Budgeting & Financial Planning

- Develop annual budgets, financial forecasts and expenditure plans.
- Monitor budget utilization and identify cost-control opportunities.
- Provide financial analysis and recommendations to management.

Taxation & Statutory Compliance

- Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax and other applicable statutory requirements.
- Coordinate statutory audits, internal audits and tax audits.
- Maintain compliance records and financial documentation.

Accounts & Commercial Operations

- Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing and payment collections.
- Manage vendor payments, customer outstanding balances and banking operations.
- Review commercial proposals, financial terms and contractual commitments.

Internal Controls & Process Management

- Establish and monitor financial controls, accounting procedures and approval processes.
- Identify financial risks and implement appropriate corrective measures.
- Ensure proper maintenance of financial records and audit trails.

Team & Stakeholder Management





- Accuracy and timely completion of financial reports.
- Timely statutory and tax compliance.
- Effective cash flow and working capital management.
- Budget adherence and cost control.
- Timely payment processing and receivables collection.
- Effective financial controls and audit readiness.

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance or a related field.
- Master's degree in Finance, M.Com, MBA (Finance), CA or CMA will be preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in finance and accounts, preferably in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of Indian accounting practices, GST, TDS, Income Tax and statutory compliance.
- Proven experience in financial planning, budgeting, reporting, audit management and cash flow management.
- Proficiency in accounting software, ERP systems and MS Excel. Experience with Odoo will be an added advantage.
