About the Role

We are looking for a qualified Finance Manager to independently manage the company's finance and accounting functions, taxation, statutory compliance, financial planning, and cash flow management. The candidate will work closely with the Founder & CEO to improve financial performance, strengthen controls, and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Oversee day-to-day accounting, bookkeeping, bank reconciliations, and monthly closing.
- Prepare MIS reports, financial statements, and profitability analysis.
- Handle GST, TDS, income tax, statutory compliance, and audit coordination.
- Manage cash flow, working capital, vendor payments, and outstanding receivables.
- Oversee e-commerce marketplace and payment gateway reconciliations, including sales, commissions, returns, and refunds.




- Monitor inventory valuation, product costing, contribution margins, and operating expenses.
- Lead the finance and accounts team and implement effective financial controls.
- Provide financial insights and business performance updates directly to the Founder.

Candidate Requirements
- 510 years of relevant experience, preferably in an established organization.
- Experience in finance and accounting, taxation, financial reporting, budgeting, and cash flow management.
- Candidates from cosmetics, FMCG, D2C, e-commerce, retail, or consumer goods industries will be preferred.
- Knowledge of marketplace reconciliation, inventory management, and working capital optimization is an advantage.
- Proficiency in accounting software/ERP and advanced MS Excel.
- Robust analytical, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
