Role: Finance Analyst

Location: Bangalore, India

Role Summary

We are looking for a Finance Analyst to support billing operations, financial analysis, procurement activities, and cost management and, MIS reporting. The role requires strong analytical skills, a sound understanding of accounting principles, and the ability to work closely with Finance, AR, Procurement, and Business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and maintain customer billing databases and billing templates for AR processing.
- Create and manage Purchase Requisitions (PRs) and Purchase Orders (POs).
- Support cost booking, accruals/Provisions, and financial reporting activities.
- Download, validate, and analyze SAP data to support business reviews and decision-making.
- Perform month-over-month manpower movement analysis and support cost center alignment.
- Maintain cost tracking and budget monitoring trackers.
- Prepare and reconcile unbilled revenue schedules.




- Analyze travel expenses and support back-charging/recovery activities.
- Support month-end closing, reconciliations, and audit requirements.
- Drive data accuracy, process compliance, and reporting governance.

Skills Required

- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.
- Robust knowledge Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, reporting, and data analysis) , basic understanding of ERP SAP
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.

Qualifications

- B.Com / BBA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent.
- 3 years of experience in Finance, FP&A;, MIS Reporting, Finance Operations, or Financial Analysis.

Pay: Up to ₹500,000.00 per year
