We are looking for enthusiastic candidates to join our field sales team. The role involves meeting property owners, acquiring properties, conducting site visits, assisting buyers, and closing property deals.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Meet property owners and customers.
- Conduct property visits and assist buyers.
- Explain property details, pricing, and NoBroker services.
- Negotiate and close property deals.
- Generate and onboard property listings.
- Maintain customer details and updates in CRM.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Eligibility:
- Diploma or Graduation is mandatory.
- Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience.
- Bike and valid Driving Licence mandatory.
- Smartphone required.
- Good communication skills in English and any one regional language.
