Geekstack is looking for a result-oriented Field Sales Executive with proven experience in sales and client acquisition to drive business growth.

Responsibilities

- Identify and acquire new clients through field visits, networking and direct outreach.
- Generate leads and conduct face-to-face client meetings.
- Promote website development, Shopify, mobile apps, custom software and digital marketing services.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the internal team for proposals.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Achieve monthly sales and client acquisition targets.
- Maintain daily sales reports and client follow-ups.

Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in field sales,



business development or client acquisition.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Must be able to demonstrate previous sales performance and client acquisition numbers.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel and meet clients.
- IT services or digital marketing sales experience is an added advantage.

Compensation
- Fixed Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month.
- Additional performance-based incentives based on target achievement.

Note: Candidates must have demonstrable experience in meeting sales targets and acquiring current clients. Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
