Role Description The Sales and Marketing Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing existing customer accounts, and promoting GRA Metals’ products to a wide customer base. Day-to-day tasks include conducting sales and marketing visits and meetings, preparing proposals and quotations, coordinating with internal teams on order processing, and maintaining accurate sales records.

The representative will support marketing activities such as campaigns, product presentations, and participation in industry events. This role also involves providing product information, addressing customer inquiries, and achieving sales targets and enhance brand visibility.

Qualifications





- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage professionally with clients.
- Candidates should possess Sales and Sales & Marketing skills to drive revenue growth, manage pipelines, and support promotional activities.
- Candidates should possess Training-related skills to effectively explain product features, usage, and benefits to customers and team members.
- Relevant field experience in industrial, manufacturing, or metals sectors is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, manage multiple priorities, and meet targets within deadlines.
- A diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is an advantage.
- Language: Candidate should know English, Hindi and Kannada.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
