Field Recruiter (Blue-Collar & Technical Hiring)

Location: Bhopal / Mandideep

Experience: 1–3 Years

Key Responsibilities:

- Source blue-collar and technical candidates through field visits, local networks, references, and job fairs.
- Recruit ITI, Diploma, and skilled/unskilled manpower for industrial and manufacturing requirements.
- Conduct walk-in interviews and initial candidate screening.
- Coordinate bulk hiring drives and manage candidate mobilization.
- Visit ITIs, industrial areas, factories, and local communities for candidate sourcing.
- Coordinate interview schedules, selection follow-ups, documentation, and joining.
- Maintain daily sourcing reports and achieve recruitment targets.

Candidate Requirements:

- Graduate




- Experience in blue-collar and technical recruitment preferred.
- Good communication and candidate-handling skills.
- Knowledge of ITI trades such as Electrician, Fitter, Welder, Technician, Operator, and Maintenance Staff.
- Willingness to travel for field recruitment activities.
- Target-oriented with valuable networking and convincing skills.

Preferred Industry: Staffing / Manpower Consultancy / Manufacturing / Pharma / Engineering. Key Focus: Bulk hiring, technical manpower sourcing, and timely joining of candidates.
