Key Responsibilities

- Recruit two-wheeler delivery drivers for GBG EV fleet operations.

- Conduct field-level recruitment activities in local markets, delivery hubs, and high-footfall areas.

- Source candidates through referrals, walk-ins, social media, job portals, and local networks.

- Explain job roles, salary structures, incentives, and company policies to prospective drivers.

- Screen candidates and verify basic eligibility criteria, including driving licence and other required documents.

- Coordinate with candidates for document collection, verification, and onboarding.

- Ensure daily and monthly recruitment targets are achieved.

- Maintain a database of prospective, shortlisted, and onboarded candidates.

- Coordinate with operations teams to fulfil driver requirements as per business needs.





- Provide regular recruitment updates and daily hiring reports to the reporting manager.

Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in field recruitment, driver hiring, or bulk hiring.

- Experience in hiring delivery executives, two-wheeler riders, or fleet drivers will be preferred.

- Valuable communication and convincing skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage field recruitment activities.

- Knowledge of local areas and candidate sourcing channels.

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, or recruitment tracking systems.

- Must be comfortable travelling within assigned locations.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
