- Responsible for coordinating and managing health insurance claim-related activities, including field verification, document collection, claim investigation, and coordination with hospitals, patients, TPAs, and insurance companies to ensure timely and accurate claim processing.

- Good knowledge of health insurance and claims procedures.

- Robust communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to conduct field visits and investigations.

- Good documentation and report-writing skills.

- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.

- Ability to identify discrepancies and potential fraudulent claims.

- Willingness to travel as required.

- Graduation in any field from a recognized university. Candidates with relevant educational qualifications or experience related to Health Insurance, Claims, TPA, Hospital Administration, or Field Operations will be preferred.

- 1–3 years preferred, depending on the position.

- Freshers are also welcome to apply. Candidates with relevant experience will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
